King Tide Terms & Conditions

Welcome to King Tide. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Company Information (ECT Act Disclosures) In terms of Section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, our corporate details are as follows:

2. Product Availability & Pre-Orders King Tide products are currently available for pre-order.
- Production and shipping timelines provided at the time of pre-order are estimates.
- We will keep you updated via email regarding any shifts in production timelines.
- Your payment will be processed securely at the time of placing the pre-order to reserve your inventory.
3. Payment & Security All transactions are processed securely in South African Rand (ZAR) via our authorized payment gateway, Payflex. We do not store your credit card credentials on our servers.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations We want you to love your King Tide experience. In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and ECT Act:
- Cooling-off Period: You have the right to cancel your pre-order or online purchase within 7 days of placing it, or within 7 days of receiving the goods, for a full refund (minus any return courier fees if goods have already shipped).
- Damaged Goods: If your delivery arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with a photograph at contact@kingtide.co.za . We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
- Condition of Returns: Due to the consumable nature of our products, returned items must be unopened, unaltered, and in their original packaging to qualify for a non-damage refund.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
